That Funny Feeling...

You know that feeling where nothing's really wrong but nothing feels right? What are you supposed to do with that feeling? Ride it out? Cry? I don't wanna talk about it because what even is there to say? And god forbid I let myself actually be vulnerable to another person. That feeling can be hard and tiring. I'm oversharing, but I've felt it for longer than I care to admit, plus I have frequent mood swings. Anyway, I understand not wanting to talk about it with anyone, and that's completely valid. Writing down thoughts can be an alternative though. The paper can be torn up afterwards, but at least thoughts have been expressed I've found that setting goals is helpful. Not necessarily big goals, but just things to focus on. Maybe trying a new recipe once a week or walking x minutes a day. I think the value is in the positive feeling of accomplishing a goal, however minor

I kinda understand? Rarely happens, but in the most random times, I feel like my heart drops into the pit of my stomach. I get thos weird, intense feeling something is wrong or that I should be sad about something. But we all experience things differently, but im sorry you feel that way currently. I wont ask whats going on since even you dont know. And of course there's no reason you should show your vulnerability to anyone. What I do to try to get out of that funk is either game or go out and play some basketball, find a distraction. I find just sitting and thinking about it wasnt helping me at all. Watch a show, enjoy one of your hobbies, anything is better than just letting the feeling take over you. Hopefully you feel better soon!

I like to journal to get out thoughts so they don't keep running thru my mind, i find comfort in it, and it usually helps me get my thoughts and feelings in to a tolerable state
