Love to me is when you see another in their entirety. Not just the things you like about them but also the things you don't like, and deciding they are worth the work you put in to the relationship as they do the same in kind for you. I haven't experienced this romantically as of yet but I have from a friend who held me as I sleep. It was the kindest gesture I experienced as I usually have trouble with sleep. Best rest I had.

To me love is a lot of things and in a way, everything. It's the meshing of two hearts into one. It's kindness and understanding, protection and truth. It's the kind of feeling that makes you feel at peace, but also on the edge of your seat, waiting for the next moment that will take your breathe away. It's being in the presence of the one who will have your back no matter what and also tell you when youre in the wrong. It pushes you to be the best version of yourself while appreciating all that you are in this moment. It's staying up late because you just can't get enough of the sound of their voice. It's when you can't get them out of your head, even when your busy, because they are everything to you. It's when your heart aches from missing them when they are away for too long... It's also loving yourself enough so you can be whole and give them all they give to you. Real love is mutual, it's also messy and imperfect, but it's having enough respect for one another to work through it and fix your mistakes. It's when the rainbows and sunshine overpower any stormy days that come your all's way (edited)

Love is a game of compromise and patience. The attachment and cuddly stuff is just a by product. As for when I felt truly loved, I don't remember, it was eons ago.

Love to me is being understood, seen, heard, supported, and so on, all unconditionally. Is there bad days? Yes absolutely, but they shouldnât last or become grudges someone holds.

Being attracted to each other's looks is the chemistry that's either there or not. It's "love at first sight", the green light that makes us take the first step. Nothing more. What will last and matter later is care, respect, acceptance, comfort, and honesty. We and our lives are not perfect. That includes relationships. We should wake up every day and try our best. The last time I felt loved was when my friend face timed me in the middle of her wedding party. The call cost her a few minutes of her most important night and that's something you can't buy from a fancy gift shop or anywhere. I think that's how special someone who truly loves you can make you feel.

I still am not sure what love truly is, but if I want to be around that person or if I see something and it reminds me of them or if I want that person to do well and am genuinely happy for their success that's something that I've considered as love before. Right now my dog is the # 1 love of my life and I know I'm hers too đ„°

For me love is a decision you consciously make in which you decide that you like the essence of someone so much that no matter how far you may be, or how long you haven't seen each other, or how much they change; you want this person in your life, wish them well, and care about them, because you love what their core is

All love is conditional. At least the way it is in modern times. Only pets get and give unconditional love. I have been deeply in love with 3 women in my life. All 3 of those relationships ended based on certain conditions. I felt loved in each of them. And felt loss at their end. So true unconditional love does not exist. It's a fairy tale. Any book that speaks of it is a fairy tale. Any movie that describes it is a farce. There is no story that tells of love in a realistic fashion. Ever

Love is respect, security, friendship, loyalty, honesty to one person. The last time I was loved was with my third husband. I met him on a dating site. Texted him on a Wed, talked by phone on Thurs, meet him on Saturday and married him 3 months later. One of the only person in my life to truly show me what true love was. And that I was indeed lovable.

Love is when you feel the 4 aspects of true love. 1. You must have loving kindness. 2. You must have compassion. 3. You must feel joy. 4. You must have freedom. When you feel these 4 aspects you have true love. I felt this with a beautiful soul but unfortunately at the time I did mot realize this and i pushed her away. If you fall for a compatible person love will be meaningful and nice. Otherwise diasaster. I don't remember when I felt it because in my life I refuse people and never wanted to properly engaged.

To accept another, flaws and all. To try and be there for them for both the fun and the hard times to WANT to be around them and be the first hello and last goodnight. To understand one another instead of trying to change eachother. Sadly never really felt that with anyone romantic wise, but have family and close friends.

Love is understanding someone without needing to speak, trusting someone with all of yourself and accepting all of them in return, being willing to let go if they need something you can't give. My last partner wasn't the first to make me feel loved, but he was the first to make me feel cherished. Even after it's been over so long, I still can't imagine a better partner or friend.

When I think of love, I remember the times I felt supported and cherished. For me, a relationship is a choice you make every day when you wake up, to continue committing to your partner. Ideally, that choice should hardly even cross your mind most days. It will be fun, warm, exciting to be with them. When that choice really matters is when things are stressful, when itâs harder to make that choice because youâre mad at each other or in an argument. Thatâs when the choice is so important. Excluding abuse and cheating of course, (definitely seek a partner who helps amplify the best parts of you) love for me is knowing that outside of the stress and frustration of the moment, theyâre worth committing to, working through things withâŠand then communicating that to them. A relationship only really exists as long as both partners continue to choose its existence, right? So I guess for me, love is knowing that they keep choosing you and that you are worth the choice. Maybe thatâs silly, but thatâs how I sorta intuit love.

Love is suppose to make you happy and not be lonely and I can honestly say I don't ever remember bein loved the way love should feel. I don't beleave anyone truly knows the definition of true love.

Love has MANY different meanings. 1. There's familial love which can apply to friends, siblings, parents, pets, or other relatives. I say this because some people have friends that are more family to them than actual family. I definitely believe pets are part of the family at least for me because they live with us. 2.Then there's general friendship love for most general friendships. 3. Next is the love you feel for parasocial situations, this normally extends in one direction but sometimes the celebrity shows their love and appreciation back towards their fans. 4. Not sure what this one would be called but love for nature. 5. Last one I can think of is the love for a partner or multiple For me I almost always feel 1 and 3. 2 comes and goes. 4 I can feel almost anytime I'm surrounded by nature. 5 though... that's been over a year now...
