One mistake I made while younger but I no longer make it is don't rush to commit to a relationship. Dating takes time and at least give it 2-6 months before both parties agree to commit cuz it never pays to rush into a serious commitment. Made that mistake often in my 20s but I learned and realized it's just best to give her time & give myself the time to know if we are suitable for a committed relationship. Not everyone I like will be a partner, sometimes it's actually just best to be friends even if it's friends with benefits. Ofc being in a committed relationship is great as well.

If I could fix one thing it would be to just leave her after the 2nd brake up. Me and my ex broke up 22 times. She said she loved me even though she didn't show it now that I look back to it and I genuinely loved her and really wanted to make it work. After years I realized what me and her had was extremely toxic and not worth any of the headaches. Much happier now

for being stupid for staying in a relationship that was toxic and dangerous to my health.. I stayed in a relationship for 5 years as a battered wife, he prevented me from having contact with my family for all those years and stupid as I was, I stayed until he left. I got depression and today I'm angry about myself to lost all this years with my family So if i could change anything i would make sure it never happened and i never met him. (edited)
