When I broke up with my 1st girlfriend recently over 7 months ago at 1st I felt like my soul was being ripped out of my body, I was confused and didn't know what to do we would have been together 3 years the other week.I was just kicked at the curb with no real good explanation after doing everything for her, I can tell you is it does get easier with time but at the same time you become more guarded and you tend to look at the better things in life and realize that just life is a huge experience in that were all just a part of it. I used my hobby of working out and guitar aswell as hanging out with my best friend. The best overall advice is to pull yourself up by the bootstraps and take life one day at a time. Good luck and be safe!

Tough one... I suppose the smart thing to do is to take it a day at a time and get used to surviving on your own, with your own time and space. What I did when it happened to me, was move on. Simple as that! Now I know for other and most people it's not that easy, but I feel like that's what you gotta do! Learning from the past but not being stuck in it is important! Go out and find/do stuff that make you happy and maybe meet someone new that will be your true one🤗

That's a tough one but I always just refocused my energies and did my best to be a better me. Not the person they wanted me to be, but the better person I wanted to be before I met them. I don't have problems with brake ups. I don't have anyone to break up with. Never did. 🤷‍♂️ But that's not helpful. 🤔 If it hurts now, it means you were happy, you have something good to remember. Essentially you have to pick yourself up recently i lost someone very very close to me and it hurt the first day but i told myself "crying and bitching wont bring anything back gotta keep going and better things will come along the way, tis but a scratch" and as a only child is hard to rely on anyone so i started doing things i enjoy such as rollerblading and it took my mind away from it and now i just wanna get better at my hobby. I've actually written a few things about this subject. How you handle a breakup will reflect on you, your past experiences and the level of interest you had in the relationship. I would say take your time and grieve. You might get to a point where you're tired of crying but it's best to let it go. Then make plans for yourself to do the things you like, that don't revolve around the idea of being in a relationship with another person. Finding happiness in your own activities will go you immensely.

I was in the same position earlier this year. Best thing is to allow yourself to feel what you need to feel. Processing things is part of the healing process. It also helps to just work on making yourself happy. At the end of the day, you need to be there for you. Explore your hobbies or try things you've never done but always wanted to!
